Group Classes
Classes are seasonal and we have no classes available at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience!
Classes are a great way to learn a variety of skills, work around distractions, increase difficulty and make new friends! Classes under the guidance of a qualified professional are a great way to socialize your dog to a variety of stimuli and in some cases allow your dog to more safely engage in supervised play.
Classes are the budget friendly approach to training and provide many opportunities to practice behaviors in a distracting environment. We highly recommend every dog owner enroll their dog in at least one class during their lifetime (usually as a puppy). Classes cannot provide as much personalized attention or training however. For some dogs - dogs who struggle with anxiety, reactivity, aggression - group classes likely aren't a good fit until those behaviors have been addressed.
Agility
Intermediate Agility for Fun classes should be resuming soon at an indoor location in Orem!
These classes are NOT designed for competition but rather for bond-building, fun and exercise. These classes have been a lot of fun and what the dogs learn here spills over into all other aspects of training! We are partnering with another trainer at the same location to also get Intro Agility for Fun classes going again (we won't be teaching those, but they will hopefully be starting soon as well!) |
CGC Prep
Great for dogs of all ages and skill levels, CGC Prep takes you through the basis obedience and temperament behaviors needed to pass the Canine Good Citizen test through the American Kennel Club.
10 different behaviors are covered in this pay-as-you-go class. CGC Prep will be held in different locations to practice the behaviors in new environments each week. |
Training Games
Great for dogs of all ages and skill levels, these classes can be particularly beneficial for dogs with reactive behaviors. These classes focus on teaching obedience, listening around distractions, relaxation, confidence, bond-building and other life skills through a variety of games.
We work with dogs where they're currently at and adapt the games to fit individual needs. We do our best to ensure each dog feels comfortable while allowing them to learn new behaviors they can use for long-term growth and success. Our goal is to teach you lots of games you can play with your dog and your dogs' friends on your own to continue building these behaviors as much as you and your dog need. |
We are working on adding additional classes to our services so keep checking in and follow our Facebook page for updates!
At this time classes are only available for dogs (other Canids may be approved on a case by case basis).
