1. All dogs must remain on leash unless otherwise instructed by the trainer.
2. Do not attend class if you are showing any symptoms of Covid 19. I have chosen an environment where we'll have plenty of room to practice social distancing. The CDC has also released information stating sunlight kills Covid 19 and contact from contaminated surfaces is not the primary way the virus spreads. You are welcome to wear a mask if desired, but the CDC recommendation is to wear masks only when social distancing (maintaining 6 feet between individuals) is challenging. For more information, visit the CDC website here.
3. Please monitor your dog for general health and fitness for class. Do not bring dogs who are vomiting, have diarrhea, abnormally runny nose, or are coughing.
4. Keep a 10-foot distance from other dogs at all times unless otherwise instructed. Some dogs can become reactive on-leash and should not be allowed to greet other dogs on-leash inside the training area.
5. Children are welcome to come to classes. However, if they cannot follow the rules or they create a high-level of distraction among other class members, they will be asked to leave.
6. If you have a reactive dog, you may be required to condition your dog to and use a muzzle during class for the safety of those around you.
7. Keep the training atmosphere fun and relaxed. Your dog will mess up. They will get confused from time to time. Have a sense of humor and encourage any steps in the right direction.
8. Do not greet or give treats to other dogs in class without permission from their owner.
9. Be prepared for each class with the following items: collar, leash (flat leash, not a flexi), treats (a variety is best), toys (if your dogs enjoy them), water and bowl for your dog, and poo bags to clean up after your dog.
You may bring additional items such as a chair/blanket to sit on, clicker, long line, drinks for yourself, notebooks, etc...

10. Always clean up after your dog and yourself.
11. Always follow the instructions of the trainer and behave in a kind and respectful manner toward those around you during training classes.
*Failure to abide by any of these rules can create an unsafe environment and may result in your dismissal from class. Refunds are at the trainer's discretion.
